Is there a free trial?

We don't run a free trial in the traditional sense. Instead, we run paid 30-day pilots with 5–10 reps at any tier. If the pilot doesn't show measurable lift, we refund it. This approach produces cleaner data than a short free trial and gives your team enough time to see real coaching impact.

Can I pay monthly or is it annual-only?

Monthly billing is available on Starter, Team, and Growth. Enterprise is typically annual given the setup work and the private model adapter. Private Cloud is custom. No multi-year lock-in is required on any tier.

What happens if I want to add seats mid-month?

New seats are pro-rated for the remainder of the billing period and then billed at the regular rate going forward. As your seat count grows, you'll automatically move from Starter (1–9) to Team (10–24) to Growth (25–99) to Enterprise (100+) and the per-seat rate adjusts accordingly.

Is there a setup fee?

Setup starts at $7,500 and covers private model adapter training, SSO/SAML configuration, and white-glove onboarding — the exact number is finalised in the contract based on integrations and timeline. Starter, Team, and Growth have no setup fees. Private Cloud setup is quoted as part of the custom deployment.

Every tier keeps your data private — calls, playbooks, and CRM context never train a shared model and never leave your tenant boundary. Enterprise adds a private model adapter trained only on your team's data, so the model itself becomes yours, not a shared base. Private Cloud takes that further by running everything inside your VPC on dedicated GPU capacity, with the model weights stored on infrastructure you control.

Starter ($59/seat, 1–9 seats) is for individual reps and tiny pods — AI sales coaching with private workspace memory for that rep. Team ($79/seat, 10–24 seats) turns the workspace into a shared coaching layer: your team's calls, playbooks, and objections all feed the same private context, so battlecards from one rep's call show up on another rep's screen. The shared layer is the premium feature, which is why Team is priced higher per seat than Starter.

Why does Growth cost less per seat than Team?

That's the volume discount. Once you cross 25 seats, the per-seat economics shift — your team is generating enough call data and CRM context that we can amortise model training and infra over more reps. Growth ($69/seat, 25–99 seats) also adds the manager dashboard and CRM deal intelligence on top of everything in Team, so you're getting more for less per seat.

It's the right tier once a manager needs visibility across 25+ seats and your CRM data starts mattering more than just call audio.

What does Enterprise get that Growth doesn't?

Enterprise (from $129/seat + from $7,500 setup, 100+ seats) ships a private model adapter trained on your winning reps, playbook, objections, and feedback loop — so the AI itself is fitted to how your team wins, not just informed by it. It also adds SSO/SAML, dedicated support with SLAs, and custom integrations. Pricing is the floor — actual contracts are negotiated on volume, multi-year terms, and integration scope.

When do I need Private Cloud?

Private Cloud is for regulated industries, defence, healthcare, and anyone whose security review won't allow audio or model weights to leave their VPC. Pricing is the seat price plus infrastructure pass-through. Dedicated GPUs (e.g. an always-on H100) live here, not in the standard tiers — Together's list price for one is roughly $2,900/month before other costs, so they're billed as actual infra rather than bundled.
