Real-Time Sales Coaching

Sales coaching that happens during a live call, surfacing prompts on the rep's screen as the conversation unfolds — as opposed to post-call review.

Full definition

Real-time sales coaching is a category of sales enablement tooling that delivers coaching during the live call itself rather than afterwards. A real-time coaching system listens to the conversation as it happens, matches what is being said against the team's playbooks and methodology, and surfaces short contextual prompts on the rep's screen at the exact moment they can change the outcome of the call. Real-time coaching is architecturally distinct from post-call conversation intelligence (e.g. Gong, Chorus) which records and analyzes calls after they have ended.
