Call intelligence is a broad category of software that extracts structured insights from recorded sales calls — transcription, topic detection, sentiment analysis, objection surfacing, deal risk scoring. The term is often used interchangeably with conversation intelligence. Both refer to post-call analysis products. Real-time coaching is a separate architectural category where the coaching happens during the call rather than after.
